Welcome to Tz Tradingz (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using any of our services, including mentorship programs, Discord communities, promotional offers, or affiliate platforms, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Services Offered

Tz Tradingz provides:

  • Trading mentorship under the “Tz Ninja Mentorship” program

  • Trade alerts, setups, and educational content via the “Tz Trade Setups” Discord

  • Affiliate links to third-party brokers and proprietary trading firms

  • Digital tools, trading education, and analysis materials

 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding legal agreements. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

 

3. Payment and Refunds

  • Mentorship access is a one-time fee and is non-refundable after 48 hours of access approval.

  • Discord subscription is billed monthly unless otherwise stated in a promotion.

  • Refunds may be issued within 48 hours of purchase for subscription-based products, upon written request and valid reason.

 

4. Risk Disclosure

Trading forex and CFDs carries significant risk. You may lose part or all of your investment. No content or service provided by Tz Tradingz constitutes financial advice. Results may vary, and past performance is not indicative of future outcomes.

 

5. Use of Services

You agree not to:

  • Share private content or tools without permission

  • Resell or replicate any mentorship or proprietary materials

  • Post harmful, misleading, or unauthorized content within our platforms

 

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, including but not limited to strategies, videos, indicators, branding, and documentation, are owned by Tz Tradingz. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

 

7. Affiliate Disclosure

We may receive commissions for sign-ups made through referral links (e.g., FP Markets, Goat Funded Trader). These relationships do not affect the impartiality of our educational services.

 

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to any Tz Tradingz service without prior notice if we find any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Tz Tradingz is not liable for losses or damages—financial or otherwise—arising from your use of our services. All services are provided “as-is” without any warranties.

 

10. Changes to These Terms

Tz Tradingz reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
